This position will report directly to and work collaboratively with the Residential Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Promote/sell/secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Demonstrate products and services to existing and potential customers, educating them on our processes.
- Use a consultative sales approach to create value along with a long-term mutually beneficial business relationship.
- Evaluate prospective clients or partners to assess their alignment with company goals and growth strategies.
- Sell our services by establishing and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions, and matching them up with the appropriate internal resources.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements offering our value add-ons.
- Quickly resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Identify service improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional groups.
- Contribute to team goals by accomplishing individual expectations and supporting others through collaboration.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of demonstrated sales experience with knowledge of real estate, insurance or title industry preferred.
- Energetic personality with a high attention to detail and the ability to self-motivate.
- Highly motivated to reach and surpass sales goals.
- Effective time management with the ability to work independently.
- Maintain an established book of business while continuing to cultivate new relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills – both with external stakeholders and internal team members.
