Job Description: Sales and Marketing Support Specialist
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both digital and print marketing, with proven expertise in managing social media accounts, AI applications, and video marketing. Experience within the real estate industry is a plus. This role requires a proactive individual who can support our sales team by providing marketing insights, developing promotional materials, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Utilize AI tools to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance.
- Develop and design print marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters.
- Create and edit video content for marketing campaigns, product promotions, and social media channels.
- Collaborate with the management to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support the sales team with lead generation activities and customer outreach.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain sales CRM for sales team.
- Assist sales team in coordinating educational classes.
Qualifications:
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital and print marketing.
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in marketing.

This is a full-time position with a base salary and bonus opportunities. Salary is based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components.
