Cleaners are responsible

for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen machinery and equipment, and

restaurant front and back of house areas.

Essential

Functions

general cleanliness of front and back of house areas including kitchens, dining

rooms and bathrooms, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming

and dusting; scrubbing and sanitizing toilets, sinks and kitchen fixtures; and

washing and drying windows

equipment and communicate any potential repair issues to management

and notify management when running low

and move garbage to outdoor receptacles while keeping related areas clean

variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends in a variety of

restaurants and sites as needed

operate all necessary tools and equipment

order to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction

effectively in a busy, stressful environment

space of variable noise and temperature levels

frequently move and / or lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally move and / or lift

up to 50 pounds

shift and move safely through all areas of the restaurant, which may include

stairs, uneven or slick surfaces
