We are seeking a 2nd Shift Shipping Office Clerk to join our warehouse operation in Romeoville, IL

Pay and Benefits

• Starting Pay Rate | $20.00/hr- $23.00/hr (Based on Experience)

JOB DUTIES:

• Processes paperwork for next day’s shipping orders
• Processes receiving paperwork on inbound shipments
• Retrieves and maintains material test reports
• Schedule loads and complete manifests for local trucks
• Perform inventory cycle counts in the warehouse
• Maintains office filing

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years’ experience working in a fast-paced shipping office environment.
• Good computer skills are required and a strong knowledge of Microsoft 360.
• Good organization and communication skills.
• The ability to work well under pressure and multi-task.
• You will be working in a manufacturing (industrial) shop environment that requires standing or walking for an extended period as you interface between the shop floor, plant supervision, and customers on a regular basis.
