Our Des Moines Division, located in Ankney, IA, is seeking an Account Coordinator.

Job Duties:
The primary purpose of this job is to learn the day-to-day handling of customer accounts with regard to order processing, order solicitation, and general account management. This position works closely with the Account Representatives to service current business and acquire new business.
- Answer incoming phone calls from customers.
- Process quotes in the ERP system and send to customers.
- Convert quotes into orders.
- Identify and source buy-outs with appropriate vendors.
- Input Laser and Owatonna quote requests and orders.
- Enter Purchase Orders with vendors.
- Input Material Return Authorizations if necessary.
- Follow-up on quotations made to customers.
- Communicate with Account Managers regarding accounts.
- Attend monthly sales training meetings.
Job Requirements:
- College education is preferred in a business related field.
- This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must enjoy working with and developing relationships with new people.
- Must maintain confidentiality regarding customer account specifics.
