Our Chicago Division, located in Romeoville, IL, is seeking an Office Clerk.
Pay and Benefits:
- Starting Pay Rate | $19.00/hr- $21.00/hr (Based on Experience)

Job Duties:
- Process customer invoices, adding additional costs.
- Process receiving paperwork.
- Approval of vendor invoices.
- Scan test reports.
- Process customer credits.
- Process outgoing and incoming mail.
- Answer phones.
- File paperwork; set up and maintain files.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in an office environment (warehouse or manufacturing industry preferred)
- Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills
- Have experience with general office equipment and processes
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Office)
- Be comfortable in an environment with changing priorities
- Be able to work well independently and maintain a positive team player mentality
