Key Responsibilities :
- Resident Relations : Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Lease Administration : Assist with the leasing process, including preparing lease agreements, conducting move-in orientations, and ensuring compliance with lease terms.
- Property Maintenance : Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely and effective resolution of maintenance requests and oversee the overall upkeep of the property.
- Financial Management : Support budget management by tracking expenses, preparing reports, and assisting with rent collection and account reconciliations.
- Marketing and Outreach : Assist in implementing marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain current ones. Contribute to resident retention programs and community events.
- Administrative Duties : Perform administrative tasks including record-keeping, filing, and managing correspondence.
