· Manage primary dealership departments including new and pre-owned vehicle sales, service department, parts department, and finance and insurance.
· Establish and maintain all managerial tools necessary to achieve strong and consistent profitability.
· Apply leadership skills to enable all employees to achieve the most success they can in a positive environment of team work.
· Strengthen and enhance dealership’s position in the community.
· Co-ordinate with and support the automotive group’s management team.
Job Requirements:
· Five years of auto dealership management experience.
· Strong leadership, and organizational skills.
· Detail familiarity with DMS systems.
· Knowledge and understanding of auto maker financial statements and how they are used to actively manage dealership operations.
· Working knowledge of federal, state, and local regulatory environment for auto dealerships.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $500,000.00 - $1,000,999.00 per year
