Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Subacute Nursing Home Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for generating leads, securing new business opportunities, and recruiting personnel for subacute nursing homes in the Detroit Metro Area. The ideal candidate will be skilled in relationship-building, business development, and strategic marketing efforts to grow our network of healthcare facilities.

With a strong focus on infectious diseases, our experienced team collaborates closely with patients and multidisciplinary experts to deliver cutting-edge treatments based on the latest evidence-based practices. Our Nurse Practitioner rounds primarily in skilled nursing facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential subacute nursing home facilities within the designated region.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with facility administrators and key decision-makers.
- Present marketing strategies and partnership opportunities to facilities.
- Assess facility needs and refer them to the appropriate decision-makers when necessary.
- Facilitate follow-ups and coordinate discussions between facilities and internal teams.
- Guide the decision-making process by providing relevant information and solutions.
- If approved, work closely with the facility to coordinate onboarding and implementation.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure continued business growth.
- Track and report progress on leads, meetings, and conversions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the subacute nursing home industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet goals.
- Must be located in Michigan, specifically in or near the Detroit Metro Area.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the designated counties.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, or similar healthcare facilities.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the long-term care industry.
