CPLC is excited to announce we've been awarded a new grant to start the first Trauma Recovery Center (TRC) in the state of Arizona! We are honored to be one of only two organizations in Arizona given this great opportunity to build a dedicated program that provides assertive outreach, case management, therapy, psychological testing, psychiatric care, and medication management to children and adults who have been the victims of crime.

Minimum Qualifications And Competencies
Education/Background
- High School Diploma or GED with 3 to 5 years of experience providing Case Management services, or
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Human Services, or related field and 1-2 years of experience providing Case Management services
- Experience within the domestic violence and/or sexual assault field preferred
- Must be able to work with victims in crisis and be able to offer supportive services
- Possess a valid driver’s license and ability to be insured under automobile insurance policy
- Able to work a flexible schedule as needed per program requirements
- Must successfully complete the agency’s orientation and demonstrate competence regarding skills and knowledge
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have good organization and time management skills
- Ability to obtain fingerprint clearance card, CPR and First Aid certificates
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
