Position Summary
Position will perform various supporting functions for General Accounting including bank and balance sheet account analysis and reconciliation, audit schedules, policy and procedure implementation, subsidiary ledger analysis, fixed assets, sales and use tax, payroll tax reporting, inter-company billings, and financial statement reporting. These functions are not all-inclusive and may vary based on business needs.

Minimum Qualifications And Competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Knowledge of Excel.
- Experience in Balance Sheet reconciliations; including bank, debt and fixed assets.
- Knowledge of IRS tax reports for non-profit entities.
- Familiarly in working with outside auditors.
- Experience with Accounting Information Systems such as Blackbaud, Financial Edge, Yardi, or QuickBooks software experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles is a plus.
- CPA candidate or professional certification is a plus.
