POSITION SUMMARY
Provides Talent Acquisition support by maintaining non-employee records, systems, and reports. Works closely with Staffing Coordinators and Recruiters providing responsive and quality clerical and customer service. This position is responsible for collecting data to ensure successful onboarding of unpaid volunteers and interns, complete files, and assigned special project support.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
- HS Diploma/GED equivalency required, Associates Degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant recruitment/staffing & human resources experience preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
