The Kitchen Director has the responsibility of overseeing daily operations within the back-of house/food preparation areas. He/she is responsible for ensuring compliance with company standards and health code requirements while serving hot, fresh, "cravable" food in a fast-paced, team environment. The individual applying must be able to motivate and inspire a team through clear, positive and proactive communication. They must be able to lead by example, manage complexity well, take ownership for ensuring the overall success of those they lead, and the ability to passionately pursue excellence and continuous improvement. Previous management experience is a must. You must be a minimum age of 18 years old for this job.
