Community Manager

This position is responsible for leading shifts with other managers in an operational role while also overseeing community responsibilities. Descriptions of shift and community responsibilities are listed below.
Being our Community Manager requires you to be an outgoing, self-motivated, and extremely coach-able individual. You must also be highly perceptive and flexible in your interactions with customers, with the ability to accurately read each situation. It is also important that you have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to easily establish rapport with a diverse range of people. You’ll also be responsible for leveraging community relationships for both catering and marketing.
Pay Type : Starting at up to $22.00 - 23.00 / hr

- Full-Time / Open Availability (ability to be scheduled 6 : 00 AM - 11 : 00 PM / Monday - Saturday)
- Full-Time (40-45 hours)
- Working Front-of-House and Back-of-House

Helps create and executes a yearly marketing planDevelops, builds, & maintains relationships in the community to benefit our marketing and catering
Organizes & advertises in-store family events (when applicable)Creates social media posts and monitors responses and page interactionConstantly generates new ways to advertise to target marketTracks promotion redemption and analyzes effectivenessOffers samples of new products to customersDesigns creative materials for marketing promotionsStays informed of & executes market and corporate-level promotionsProcesses donation requestsEnsures that effective systems are in place to maintain a clean, organized, & safe catering environment in order to serve safe food and follow all Chick-fil-A requirementsResponsible for the communication, follow-up, and overall execution of the guests Pickup or Delivery catering experienceBuilds catering business outside of the storeFields catering calls, schedules meeting with potential clients
Assist with Chick-fil-A’s catering program and oversee fulfillment, delivery, and execution of catering ordersTakes deliveries, and coordinates a schedule with other Team Members to assist with deliveriesAssists the other shift managers with operations when not engaged with marketing responsibilitiesShift Responsibilities :
Take care of employee performance and policy / procedure violations and bring to the attention of the DirectorsInputs data daily into the P / L system, and interprets the data to make adjustments to the Operations of the restaurantWorks with leadership team to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levelsAchieves strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly objectives and tasks and reviewing reportsMaintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees and leaders with respect while providing them with direction and feedbackMakes changes in the restaurant to improve our speed of service and accuracy scoresServes as a subject matter expert to leadership for ongoing hospitality and production supportResponsible for inventory and facilities managementComplete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the storeDemonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu itemsMaintain regular and consistent attendance and punctualityFollow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and proceduresRequired Skills :
