Opening Kitchen Lead

We are seeking an Opening Kitchen Lead to support the business by communicating with, tracking, training, and coaching all Team Members and mid-level leaders on achieving and exceeding service, quality, and revenue goals. The Opening Kitchen Lead will assist in overseeing employees in the continual pursuit of Operational Excellence while creating a positive work culture. The Opening Kitchen Lead reports to the Manager and Director team and serves as an assistant, responsible for running shifts and overseeing reporting employees in either the back-of-house operations.
Pay Type : From $17.50 - $18.50 / hr
Position Type :
- Full-Time (40 hours)
- Available for Opening Shifts (6 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM) / (Monday - Saturday)
- Working Back-of-House / Kitchen

Experience as a leader, with 1 year of proven ability to lead in fast-paced environments, and work as part of a teamBasic computer and iPad competencyAbility to input data and interpret the P / LMust be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50lbsResponsibilities :
Works with Senior Leadership team to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levelsEnsures that the shifts are running smoothly in the BOHTrains new Team Members and tracks their performance to ensure theyre equipped for successMaintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while handling coaching conversations and providing them with direction and feedbackEnsures that all food safety guidelines are followedEnsures cleanliness of all areas of the restaurantMotivates Team Members to upsell, reduce waste, and increase accuracyServes as subject matter expert of the BOH to provide ongoing supportResponsible for inventory management, and ensures the products are being rotated using the FIFO principleProtect and demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu itemsMaintain regular and consistent attendance and punctualityFollow Chick-fil-As operational policies and proceduresRequired Skills :
