Restaurant Leader
Chick-fil-A Berlin Township seeks a talented Restaurant Leader to join our high-performance leadership team. As a Restaurant Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team of hospitality professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth
• Ensure all aspects of the restaurant operation are running smoothly, including management of inventory, staff scheduling, and quality control
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

• Leadership capacity with proven ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with guests, staff, and suppliers
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, days, evenings, and Saturdays
• Knowledge of restaurant accounting and supply chain functions
• Ability to learn and operate the Chick-fil-A Point of Sale and back office system
• High level of integrity and genuine willingness to help others
• Possess strong leadership qualities with ability to give direction to team members
