- Support the Restaurant Leader in developing and implementing strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
- Assist in managing inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources
- Develop and train staff on new procedures and policies
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Leadership capacity with proven ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with guests, staff, and suppliers
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, days, evenings, and Saturdays
- Knowledge of restaurant accounting and supply chain functions
- Ability to learn and operate the Chick-fil-A Point of Sale and back office system
- High level of integrity and genuine willingness to help others
- Possess strong leadership qualities with ability to give direction to team members
