Director

Chick-fil-A Brandon South is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to join our team. The Director will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, and driving operational excellence in the front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the team to embody Chick-fil-A's Vision & Values
• Set team goals, track performance metrics, and celebrate achievements
• Oversee the hiring process of new team members and identify potential leaders for development
• Maintain a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team
• Ensure adherence to all policy standards, including grooming, punctuality, and uniform guidelines
• Conduct regular training sessions and provide ongoing feedback to team members
• Collaborate with leadership team to address customer needs and ensure consistent quality of products and services
• Monitor and address any issues related to food safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Own and manage key financial metrics including food cost, labor scheduling, and inventory management

Qualifications:

• AA degree or College degree
• Fluent communication skills (written and oral) in English
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or restaurant management preferred
• The ideal candidate will also have experience working in the Kitchen/Back of House and be knowledgeable about food safety, scheduling/labor, P&L reports, inventory/stocking, etc...
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members including young people and adult employees
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and weekends (typical shift Open to 2pm or a mid-shift [7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm] 5 days/week Monday to Saturday)
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate integrity, excellence, and a capacity to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously

Additional Information:

• Directors typically work 40-45 hours per week, with a regular day off (not on Saturdays)
• Directors may be required to work outside of regular operating hours on some occasions
• Successful candidates will be expected to stay up to date with all Pathway training and certifications
• The Director will earn $20/hr for the first 90 days and the salary can be raised up to $23/hr after a successful 90 day review
