Position : Front of House Shift Lead
As a Shift Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations during your shift. You’ll lead a team of front-of-house members, maintain high standards for customer service, and help create memorable experiences for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership : Supervise and motivate front-of-house team members to foster a positive work environment.
- Customer Experience : Ensure every guest receives friendly, prompt, and high-quality service.
- Operations Management : Oversee daily operations, including cash handling, order accuracy, and food presentation.
- Problem Resolution : Address and resolve guest issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management : Help track inventory and manage supply orders.
- Cleanliness and Safety : Maintain a clean, organized environment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
