All training will be done in-house through our orientation and training program.

Leader responsibilities:
· Oversee day-to-day operations.
- Design strategy and set goals.
- Set policies and systems/processes.
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
- Prepare regular reports.
- Coaching.
- Run shifts and staff according to position.
- Evaluate staff.
- Follow food safety goals and regulations.
- Use existing data and reports to provide solutions to issues and track results.
- Use computers and iPads.
- Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all stations in the store.
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing ongoing in-house training and stay up to date on any changes.
- Make sure all opening or closing tasks as assigned and completed.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age.- Must be comfortable working in a kitchen environment.
