PM Shift Leader

Starting pay for this position is $18 for part-time and $19 for full-time Team Leaders.

At Chick-fil-A, Team Leaders are responsible for assisting the management team in all aspects of shift management and ensuring that each restaurant guest has an enjoyable dining experience. Team Leaders are responsible for supervising shifts (5:30am to 3pm:open shift) and/or (2pm to 10pm: close shift) and are assigned to open or close the restaurant following established opening and closing procedures.

*** This is not a seasonal position.

Responsibilities include:

• Team Leaders ensure success in that:
• Team Members follow recipes and read tickets to accurately prepare all orders
• Team Members are accurate with weights and measurements for all recipe items
• Team Members work at a pace to maintain restaurant's established speed of service guidelines.
• Work stations are clean at all times
• Cashiers follow cash handling procedures at all times
• Team Members monitor dining room, restroom, parking lot, and overall facility cleanliness

• Execute proper security and cash handling and control procedures and holds cashiers accountable to adhering to policies and procedures.
• Perform any of the tasks above as needed throughout shift.
• Address guest issues that may arise; consults with management regarding complex issues.
• Maintain a positive working relationship and treat all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
• Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling.
• Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 18 years old
• Previous customer service experience is required
• Previous leadership experience is preferred
• Hard-working
• Team-oriented
• Friendly
• Honest
• Excellent customer skills
• Available to open or close the store for three shifts/week
• Ability to work 2 to 10 pm at least three shifts per week
• Available to regularly work on Fridays and Saturdays
• Previous Chick-fil-A experience is preferred
