This role is for a unique Chick-fil-A restaurant located in downtown Nashville. This concept is a first of its kind and is focused around Catering, 3rd Party Deliveries, Mobile Ordering, and single meal delivery.
- Our Catering Drivers earn a set wage of $14 an hour PLUS tips for full time employees & $12 an hour PLUS tips for part time employees.
- Make $17-21 an hour on average!

Full time Requirements: $14 per hour plus tips
- Must be available to work as early as 6am
- Must be available on Saturdays
- Must work 40 hours a week
- Must have their own personal vehicle (It is rare you would need to use your personal vehicle for deliveries, but it is needed on occasion. You will be reimbursed $1.00 for each delivery you used your personal vehicle)
Part time requirements: $12 per hour plus tips
- If you cannot meet all the requirements of the full time position you would be part time.
Role Responsibilities:
The Catering Team Member position is responsible for the execution of all catering orders that are being delivered to Chick-fil-A guests across the Nashville area. You will be responsible for preparing and assembling catering orders and also delivering orders to events & guests. This role will also be delivering for our Single Meal delivery service to our guests in the Nashville area.
General Responsibilities
- Execute the catering order process from preparing set ups to delivering the orders.
- Must be competent in assembling the catering orders and checking orders to ensure accuracy before delivery.
- Executes and/or oversees the loading, unloading, & set up of catering orders
- You will use a Chick-fil-A company catering vehicle to deliver orders in a timely manner (for full time employees- It is rare you would need to use your personal vehicle for deliveries, but it is needed on occasion. You will be reimbursed for each delivery you used your personal vehicle).
