As a Marketing Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with an independent Owner/Operator, gaining valuable life experience beyond just serving great food in a friendly atmosphere. Your role will involve creating promotional materials, planning events, and engaging with customers through various channels.

Responsibilities:
- Attend Quarterly Planning Meetings.
- Attend monthly Marketing Calls.
- Assist in creating signs for necessary promotions planned by the Marketing Team.
- Assist in creating donation/giveaway baskets.
- Plan, prepare, execute, and discover Marketing Events and Promotions.
- Communicate Store updates, such as changes in store hours for any reason, to Guests via Social Media and Spotlight.
- Send monthly emails to customers via Spotlight.
- Send rewards via Spotlight.
- Update any POP (signage) changes at the restaurant.
- Assist in Decorating the restaurant for holidays and events.
- Available to be The Cow handler at events both at the restaurant and offsite.
- Stay informed and execute market-level activations/giveaways.
- Assist in decorating and executing in-store events.
- Knowledge of Canva is preferred but not required.
- Communicate with the Team the marketing promotions and events via our team communication channel.
- Desire to engage with the community and the team.
- Must be able to think through all the options that could happen at an event to plan for it.
- Detailed, Organized, Good Communication Skills, and Able or a willingness to learn how to evaluate data are all necessary for this position.

REQUIREMENTS
In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®.
