Overview
The Sr. Brand Identity Design Lead specializes in guiding the stewardship of the brand, setting and maintaining visual guidelines across the organization. The Design Lead manages and executes major visual identity projects that are essential to the ongoing commitment to maintain authenticity, leverage scare, create quality and consistency across all touchpoints. The Design Lead manages multiple projects, processes and problems that are difficult or complex; analyzes problems and determines solutions and makes recommendations to senior decision makers.
The Design Lead is a subject matter expert who knows how to apply strategies and put into practice with in-depth understanding of design methodology. The Design Lead helps to build visual identity system affinity and adoption through education and relationship building within and outside the organization. The Design Lead provides design leadership and consulting while partnering with Marketing, external partners, agencies and stakeholders across the organization. The Design Lead will lead development of design, strategy and messaging for customer-facing brand identity projects and deployment, including (but not limited to) :
- Chick-fil-A’s visual identity system
- Digital design systems
- Cow design system
- Kids & Family design system
- Environmental graphics guidelines
- Photography guidelines
- Brand extension guidelines
