Requirements / Responsibilities
REQUIRED SKILLS
Displays enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality by incorporating operational excellence, 2nd mile service, and emotional connections with our guests and employees
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once while working at a quick, yet efficient, and thorough pace
Ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members
Honors and encourages others to follow the visions and values of the restaurant
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, which includes, but is not limited to, standing for 8 hours and lifting up to 40 pounds
RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items
Models and supports clear communication between the front counter and kitchen staffs
Follows Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures
Greets guests with eye contact and a smile
Efficiently and accurately takes guests’ orders
Maintains a high level of hospitality with both guests and coworkers
Takes payment and accurately counts money
Serves guests drinks, condiments, and food
Accurately prepares food and drinks according to Chick-fil-A standards
Navigates POS system quickly and accurately
Takes initiative during non-peak hours to complete side duties
Troubleshoots minor guest issues
Maintains a clean and pleasant environment
