The Team Leader is a forwarding thinking, enthusiastic leader of the Front of House shift operations. The Team Leader supports the Shift Manager by executing the responsibilities listed below with excellence. The Team Leader executes with excellence furthering a fast-paced but fun environment while fostering a culture of mutual honor, dignity, and respect.
Requirements/Responsibilities
Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time, Daylight, Mid, and Night shifts
Requirements:
● Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40 pounds

Serve Safe Managers Certification - Preferred
3 Years Leadership Experience
Led an area of a restaurant/business with at least 5,000 or more in revenue a day.
Led 5 or more employees at a time.
