Chick-fil-A Manager Fast Track Program

If you are looking for an opportunity that will challenge you to grow both personally and professionally while giving you real world leadership experience this program may be for you! Our Fast Track Manager Program is a 1 year commitment, requires full availability, where the leader will undergo an intense 3-6 months leadership training where they learn all aspects of running the restaurant, leading shifts, leading people and business acumen. After the initial 3-6 months training they are given the opportunity to lead a specified department with one of America’s most trusted brands—leadership opportunities include but are not limited to daily Operations (Front Counter, Drive Thru and the Kitchen), Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, and Outside Sales.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience
• Be capable of working on their feet for 8 hours
• Be able to lift and manipulate at least 40 pounds overhead
• Have reliable transportation
• Full time availability to work 40-45 hours per week anytime Monday thru Saturday

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 21 years old
• Minimum 2 years restaurant leadership experience required
• Hard-working

• Great customer skills
• Must be able to work in an extremely busy environment where fast and friendly service is crucial
• Multi-tasking is a must
• Must have experience dealing with customer complaints & employee discipline
