Kitchen Managers/Leaders daily hands-on operations responsibilities include: -Food Safety -Food Quality -Cleanliness -Kitchen systems/procedures are followed -People Training -Labor Budget -Food Cost controls -Inventory controls -Customer experience goals Availability: Full time position Monday - Saturday Kitchen morning manager availability: 5:45am-3:30PM Kitchen night manager availability: 3:00PM-11:00PM Must have Friday and Saturday availability Sunday's OFF
