The Director of Brand & Sales Growth is responsible for overseeing the growth of the brand in the community and the sales at Chick-fil-A FOOTHILL RANCH.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated leader looking for Part-tim e work, who has demonstrated the ability to successfully create new relationships with potential clients, deliver exceptional catering & offsite sales experiences, and retain those relationships for a thriving, fast-paced quick service team
e : The mission of the Director of Brand and Sales Growth is to serve as a forward-thinking partner. They will have ownership of Sales Growth and building the Brand - by establishing new guest relationships, executing catering orders and offsite sales
They will create and execute a plan to market the Chick-fil-A FOOTHILL RANCH brand both internally and externally ensuring Local Store Marketing and Social Media Marketing occurs on a daily basis
They embody the values of Chick-fil-A and serve as a "goodwill" ambassador to the community, coordinating with local community organizations on all fundraising or donation requests and building positive local affinity with our brand
They will proactively plan to achieve specific sales goals & help develop strategies to grow current & create new sales-building opportunitie
