Front of House Responsibilities and Requirements:
- To be the face of Chick-fil-A and provide excellent customer service to all the guests in the Drive-Thru, Front Counter, Mobile Ordering, and in the Dining Room
- Order taking, cashiering, beverage filling, milkshake prep, order fulfillment, delivery driver and meal bussing.
- Must be 16 or older to apply
- Prior experience as customer service, cashier, associate, restaurant crew member, team member or other part time restaurant job experience is not required, we will train!
Back of House Kitchen Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards (our goal is to deliver food to our customers within 90 seconds!)
- Opportunities for salad prep, line cook, fry cook, and dishwasher
- Must be 16 or older to apply
- Prior experience as a cook, grill cook, prep cook, line cook, chef, dishwasher, or kitchen crew jobs is not required, we will train!
Starting Compensation:
- 16-17 yrs old: starting at $12.40/hour
- Part Time Adults (Less than 30 hr/week): starting at $13/hour
- Full Time (30hr/week ): starting at $14/hour
- Full Time (30hr/week ) with closing or opening availability: $15/hour
We have well-defined opportunities to increase pay as you are trained. Advancement potential for candidates that show the desire and ability to lead our team.
Salary : $12 - $2,500
