Job Description:
Highly motivated kitchen/ Heart of the House (HOH) members needed for day and/or evening shifts. The mission of a Kitchen/HOH team member is to maintain a very high standard in all areas of kitchen operations and food safety to ensure every guest receives a consistent food experience of excellence with regards to food quality, presentation and speed of service.

- Communicates effectively with the front counter and drive-thru team about wait times and when to park cars

- Monitoring/preventing waste by following proper tracking
- Maintains and provides an Excellent Environment
- Ensures a clean and sanitized food contact surface before and after preparing food and at least every 4 hours for ongoing tasks
- Ensures a clean and inviting kitchen environment; this includes walls, floors, floorboards, ceiling, hood vents and equipment
- Always prepared for Steritech or Deloitte visits by following required food quality and safety procedures and checks
- Exhibits Proficient Understanding of Chick-fil-A Brand & Product Knowledge
- Able to correctly assemble all menu products
- Able to properly use all equipment related to the kitchen
- Performs at a High Standard of Proficiency in Assigned Kitchen Stations
- Kitchen team members will be trained in a minimum of four kitchen stations
- Exhibits knowledge of assigned Pathway training modules required to work station
- Stays current on Pathway updates and new product rollouts for assigned stations

- Part Time - Available to work a minimum of 21 hrs/week and Saturdays. Starting wage $14/hr
- Full Time - Available to work Monday - Saturday, between 5 am and 11 pm, 40 hrs/week minimum. Starting wage $15/hr
- Other - Availability other than Full Time and Part Time. Starting wage varies.
