Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leading and overseeing the coordination of all aspects of restaurant operations
- Ensures customer satisfaction at all times
- Engages in immediate problem resolution and short-term plans to correct critical issues
- Oversees the labor and schedule for the week
- Establish and post daily sales goals to the team
- Tracks and charts sales, labor and productivity of each day-part daily
- Promotes unity among all team members and leadership through effective and timely communication of vision, weekly events, key elements of business plan, etc.
- Maintains healthy relationships with all levels of leadership
- Prepares leaders to speak intelligently about processes, marketing of specials, and the business.
- Meets weekly with Director team as a strategic partner.
- Drives continuous improvement
- Create sales goals and up sell goals

- QSR experience preferred
- 2 Years of leadership experience required
In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have.
