Catering Lead

The Catering Leader will be responsible for overseeing the entirety of the restaurant's catering systems, processes, and orders. This lead will also be responsible for developing the catering captain, catering team, and leadership team in all beyond the restaurant processes. This role is required to maintain and oversee the restaurant catering sales through and other creative means.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of menu items, packaging, and pricing with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Knowledge of all “beyond the restaurant” (BTR) avenues. To include but not limited to: catering deliveries/pickups, additional distribution points (ADP’s), etc.
• Knowledge of the operation in FOH and BOH.
• Proven track record of being able to coordinate on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
• Proven track record of being able to build and develop leaders (You will have complete oversight of two different leaders - catering captain.
• Responsible for being the main point of contact for problem resolution for our BTR guests and team.
• Understands the terminology of our different sales avenues and can predetermine which avenue would be most appropriate for guests.
• Responsible for training and holding the entire team accountable for all BTR avenues.
• Responsible for creating/improving systems to improve all BTR avenues.
• Responsible for maintaining/organizing all equipment that is used for any BTR avenues.

• 3-years of restaurant experience; 2-years of leadership experience in a restaurant
• High school diploma
• 18 years or older
• Bachelor’s degree in business (recommended)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
