Team Leader Responsibilities :
Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
Be a friendly, encouraging team player
Open and / or close, lead shifts, key holder
Count drawers and finalize day
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Qualifications and Requirements :
At least 18 years old upon hire date
1 year(s) of leadership experience leading a team of five or more people
Reliable and timely transportation to and from work
Available to work a variety of shifts to include daytime, swing, evenings, and weekends (Friday / Saturday)
Ability to work 35-40 hours per week
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Strong people skills with a desire to serve and work alongside fellow Team Members
Strong commitment to superior customer service
Ability to address and manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues
Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
