Looking for an exciting opportunity to join an exceptional team? Chick-fil-A of Kilgore is now hiring Nighttime Team Members who are enthusiastic and passionate about customer service. As a Nighttime Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality food, and maintaining a clean and sanitized environment.

Your responsibilities will include warmly greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring that every customer has a memorable experience. You will be tasked with preparing food according to Chick-fil-A's high standards and following our delicious recipes. As a Nighttime Team Member, you will also be expected to keep your work station clean and organized while following food safety and sanitation guidelines.

We are looking for individuals who can work efficiently and accurately, prioritize tasks effectively, and operate the cash register flawlessly. You will be part of a team-driven environment and must be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

To be considered for this position, you must have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. You should also be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and be able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds. While previous food service experience is preferred, it is not required.
