REQUIREMENTS
- Mission of the BOH (Back Of House) Director – The BOH Director has the responsibility for directing the daily kitchen operations of our restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, financial accountability, ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers and other duties as required. The BOH director is to interact and coordinate with marketing, front-counter and drive-thru leadership and team members. Prior experience as manager, supervisor, crew lead, shift lead, assistant manager, kitchen manager, BOH manager is very helpful to your success at this job.
