Chick-fil-A Lee's Summit is building a second store!
Come fall 2025 we will have two Chick-fil-A's in Lee's Summit, both owned by the same Owner / Operator. We are building our leadership team for the new store now.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team through their shift to ensure high standards of operational excellence are met. We have Directors who provide significant management and leadership support, guidance and Chick-fil-A knowledge to support our Team Leaders.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
- Train staff on best practices in customer service, sanitation, and food safety.
- Develop team members' leadership skills.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement and look for team members ready for additional responsibilities.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing sales and enhancing customer experiences. This role will collaborate with other leaders for operational & customer service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. We have the highest food safety rating, and our guests depend on that when they dine with us.
Skills
- We are not looking for a "kitchen" person or a "customer service" person. Rather, we are looking for leaders who want to contribute their leadership experience in our environment to be part of what we do at Chick-fil-A.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating leadership capabilities and accountabilities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively assist both customers and team members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.03 - $18.68 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 40 per week
