Compensation

• All 15 year old positions pay $13.75/hr. As soon as you turn 16 years old, you may transition to a part-time position with higher pay. At that time, you may choose to move into a BOH/cooking position, if desired.
• We offer a $.50 raise for every 1,000 hours worked.

Schedule

• Must be able to work 15 to 17 hours per week
• Weekday shifts are exactly 4P - 7P. 2 to 3 days of weekday availability is required
• Saturday shifts can be up to 8 hours between the hours of 7A and 7P. Saturday availability is required
• Homeschool students may choose to work from 11A - 2P on a weekday, instead of 4P - 7P

• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Take orders, both inside and outside the restaurant
• Deliver food to guests, both inside and outside the restaurant
• Bag food and make drinks efficiently with order accuracy
• Clean all areas of the Dining Room and Drive Thru
• BOH duties may include things like packaging nuggets and cooking, etc. No cooking duties are allowed
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be willing to work both inside and outside throughout the summer, winter, spring, and fall seasons
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Must be able to start at exactly 4P on a school day, unless homeschooled and working the 11A shift

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
