Compensation

• Full-time pay ranges from $16/hr to $18/hr, based on scheduling availability.
• Part-time pay is $14.25/hr. *Must meet minimum scheduling requirements of at least 22 hours per week.
• $13.75/hr positions are available to those who would like a more limited schedule of 17 hours per week.
• We offer part-time shift differentials of $.50/hr for closing shifts and/or 8 am - 4 pm shifts with 5 days of availability.
• We offer a part-time shift differential of $.25/hr for open availability on Saturdays.
• We offer a $.50 raise for every 1,000 hours worked.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Ability to work outside in the Drive Thru during summer, winter, spring, and fall seasons

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to work in Liberty, Missouri
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a source of reliable transportation
• Must be at least 16 years old. *Please apply to the FOH Team Member, 15 year old position, if not 16 yet.
• Must work well under pressure while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
• Must be able to work the entire shift on your feet
• Must be able to lift 15 - 20 pounds
• Must be able to work outside in the Drive-Thru throughout all four seasons
• Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills required
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced and hospitality focused environment
