Compensation
- Full-time pay ranges from $16/hr to $18/hr, based on scheduling availability.
- Part-time pay is $14/hr. *Must meet minimum scheduling requirements of at least 22 hours per week.
- $12.75/hr positions are available to those who would like a more limited schedule of 15 hours per week.
- $12.30/hr positions are available for 15 year old Team Members. Scheduling requirements are exactly 4pm to 7pm on a school day and the ability to work an 8 hours shift between 7am and 7pm on a Saturday. *Homeschool students have the option of to work 11am to 2pm or 4 pm to 7 pm on a school day.
- We also offer a part-time shift differential of $.50/hr for closing shifts or daytime shifts with 5 days of availability.
- $.50 raise for every 1,000 worked
Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills required
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and hospitality focused environment
- Must work well under pressure while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
- Must be able to work the entire shift on your feet
- Must be able to lift 15 - 20 pounds
- Must be able to work outside in the Drive-Thru throughout all four seasons
