- Preparing, cooking and presenting food safely, delivering food to our guests within 90 seconds.
- Working quickly and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy at all times.
- Properly adhering to safety standards with kitchen equipment, ingredients and personnel.
- Maintaining and developing personal expertise with in-house training and annual re-certification.
- Striving for quality and consistency in every aspect of their work.
- Rigorously following company policies and procedures to produce incredible food, every time.
