Job Description:
The Front Counter Team Member is our first contact with guests. They must be able to balance hard work and guest-focused service. The candidate must be dedicated to both personal and professional growth as they serve on our team. They must be passionate about customer service and strive for excellence in all tasks.
The Front Counter Team member must take initiative during their shift and have the ability to move from one task to another quickly and efficiently. The qualified candidate must; be capable of working on your feet for 6 hours, able to lift and manipulate at least 30 pounds overhead, have reliable transportation, and possess strong interpersonal communication, both verbal and non-verbal, and problem-solving skills.
