Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tulsa, OK for a Director of Training. The Director of Training will be responsible for developing training programs, managing the training and development of staff, and handling the budgeting for training purposes. The role involves daily tasks such as creating and improving training curricula, conducting training sessions, and ensuring all training programs align with company goals and standards.
Qualifications
- Experienced in Curriculum Development and Employee Training
- Proficiency in Training & Development and conducting Training sessions
- Skilled in Budgeting for training programs and initiatives
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is a plus
