Summary of Job Responsibilities
- Payroll Support
- Manage Team Member requested punch edits, daily
- Perform daily audits of punches and breaks
- Manage break attestation process, daily
- Mange and complete punch verification process by payday, each pay period.
- Each Monday print and post schedule in designated areas
- Manage Nametag loan process
Compliance Support
Conduct monthly compliance audits of Food Handler Cards, Team Member Anniversaries, Work Permits, Regulatory training, Delivery Driver DMV records as required by policy and any other required audits
Manage the renewal process of Team Member compliance documentation.
Manage COVID notification and posting process.
Additional Human Resources Support
Prepare new hire files, paperwork and uniforms (through partnership with Office Specialist) for orientation / new hires.
Perform final audit of onboarding documents ensuring all documents, where necessary, are set to track as noted in Item 1, before filing.
Assist with paperwork completion as directed.
Answer the hotline and keep all the areas informed about callouts.
Keep records and create reports for every payroll for callouts.
