Back of House Team

As a BOH Team Member, you will support the kitchen team, assemble food & drink orders quickly and accurately, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile. Team Members work in a fast-paced environment with varying tasks performed each shift in order to meet the daily operational needs of the company. Team Members may work in a different position each shift within the areas of ‘front of house’ or ‘back of house’ and report to the corresponding director of those areas. Daily positions can include but are not limited to: breader, dishwasher, boards, fries, drinks, cashier, runner, expeditor, drive-thru, outdoor order taker, hospitality, delivery driver, off-site sales and events, putting away truck, prep, or catering. Team Members ensure that every customer receives the best experience by going above and beyond expectations each day.

Essential Functions:

1. Makes positive connections with customers throughout ordering and dining experience.

• Professionally communicates to and with others as appropriate.
• Performs assigned position and helps with other positions as needed or directed.
• Maintains and follows all sanitation, hygiene and safety standards.
• Performs cleaning and organizational tasks throughout shift.
• Respectfully follows directive from shift lead and other members of management.
• Maintains protocol and accurate cash counts for POS/cash register.
• Follows company handbook, policies, procedures and standards of behavior.
• Attends and completes in-services and meetings as required by company.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a source of reliable transportation
• Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
• Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
• Mobility required during shifts
• Must work well under pressure
• Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
