We are currently searching for a candidate to be dedicated to our 'Breading' position in the back of house. While a traditional team member would get training in multiple positions, this position would go through specific training to learn this one position (breading) and perform that same function for every shift. The 'Breading' position influences the quality and taste of our products more than any other. We are seeking friendly, motivated, and excellence-oriented individual who enjoys working a repetitive function with consistency. You will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by through high quality products!

We are located at 17513 Bruce B Downs Blvd. At our specific location, there are paper applications that can be filled out along with this online application. Any prospective applicant who filled out both applications online and in-store will be guaranteed an interview.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Prepare ingredients and supplies for breading, ensuring they meet Chick-fil-A's quality standards.
Follow proper procedures for breading chicken and other menu items to ensure consistency and quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breading station, including sanitizing surfaces and tools.
Assist in the rotation and storage of stock to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
Collaborate with kitchen team members to maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene guidelines, while ensuring compliance with health regulations

Responsibilities:

Multitask without direction
Lift at least 25 pounds repetitive without assistance
Work at a quick and efficient pace
Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
Work a schedule that changes on a weekly basis
