Chick-fil-A North Haven is looking for energetic and hardworking team members to work in our kitchen, or Heart of the House (HOH). At Chick-fil-A, our Operators consider their team members to be more than just employees, they are a highly valued part of each Chick-fil-A restaurant. Salary: $16.50 to $17.50 /hour
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
General Responsibilities:
- Team members learn and work multiple positions within the kitchen, to include breading chicken, assembling sandwiches, and prep work
- Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards
- Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times
- Keep up to date with current promotions and new products
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Manager on Duty or Kitchen Supervisor
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training to include annual re-certification
- Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Be involved and contribute at team meetings
- Carry out instructions given by the management team and operator
- Comply with all Chick-fil-A North Haven rules and regulations to promote a safe and productive work atmosphere as laid out in the Handbook
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply
- Must be available to work on Saturdays
- Must be able to work until 8:00 PM
- Understand the expectation of Chick-fil-A customer service standards and operational excellence
- Past kitchen experience is a plus
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
