What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Director position at Chick-fil-A | North Ridge?
A Director serves as guardian over a particular Critical Success Factor on our leadership team as a forward thinking partner who is also focused on our Creating Raving Fans Strategy. A Director is responsible for leading and overseeing the team and the systems and processes in the restaurant. You will work closely with our Team of Director's and myself in creating and executing our Business Plan. The Operator will also help you create a Development Plan for your personal life and hold you accountable. A Director learns everything about the business and may lead into becoming an Owner/Operator or obtaining a position at our Corporate Office.
