Responsibilities:
Attend to Guests needs in the Dining Room
Go above and beyond to make our restaurant inviting and feel like home.
Consistently clean tables, facilities, and restrooms.
Perform daily cleaning duties in and around the dining room.
Maintain Cleanliness in the Dining Room/Restrooms.
Maintain trash can areas throughout the shift.
Show respect to all leaders
Arrive to work on time and work all scheduled shifts
Show up to work in full uniform, following all dress codes
Know the Values of Chick-fil-A Okolona and execute them with excellence, daily.
Understand and practice the “Core 4”
Practice 2nd Mile Service whenever given the opportunity
Work with “Head on a Swivel” mentality, always keeping guest needs front of mind
Be willing to jump in and help serve orders to guests.
Resolve guest’s issues in accordance with Chick-fil-A standards.
Must be available between the hours of 9AM-8PM
