- Communicating goals, expectations, and results with team members on a daily basis
- Help develop and grow members of a team.
- Assist in managing a team to ensure a smooth business operation
- Managing day-to-day restaurant operations
- Implementing policies and procedures to grow and develop team members.
- Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food safety
- Working “hands on” in various BOH positions
- Ensuring the highest quality of food standards.
Background Profile
- A passionate and strong understanding of Chick-fil-A’s values and mission
- Excel at working under high stress situations
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage an operation with many moving parts
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours/week
- 1-year of Leadership experience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Hospitality experience (preferred)
