What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver position at Chick-fil-A | Ortega Park?
Delivery drivers must be available for shifts Monday through Saturday from 6:30 am to 9:00 pm. Delivery experience is preferred. Weekends are required. Must be able to utilize navigation tools to arrive at the right address. Drivers are expected to deliver high-quality products to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner. Establishing and maintaining outstanding relations with regular customers is essential. The driver should drive carefully and safely and deliver products within the estimated arrival time. The driver should notify any mishaps or accidents to supervisors immediately. Delivery drivers must follow local, state and federal driving rules and road regulations. Delivery drivers need to maintain a driving record, prepare delivery vehicle records, and complete any necessary paperwork.
REQUIREMENTS
In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
